The northbound carriageway of the M61 north of Bolton has re-opened following an earlier crash involving several vehicles.
What an absolute nightmare this was,3.5hrs to go 20miles,usually takes me 30 mins,Police and Highways could have at least tried to keep traffic flowing near and on the roundabout at Chorley junction,instead of watching us all struggling through,the lights at this junction are a nightmare anyway,the cost to industry must be astronomical,hope no one was badly hurt in the accident..
