Hospital beds might be needed at any time of day or night

IN the report (May 2) about the elderly lady being sent home from the Royal Bolton Hospital in the middle of the night, Dr Krishna Korlipara says that it seems surprising that a bed was so immediately necessary at such an ungodly hour if that was the case.

AFTER watching Bolton being dumped in the doldrums by a very similar goal to the one scored by Nat in the 1958 Cup Final against Manchester United when he bundled Harry Gregg and the ball into the back of the net, I thought to myself ‘what goes around comes around’.

I HAVE had to complain, yet again to Bolton Council today over the lack of grass cutting in the Somerton Road/Kilmory Drive/ Brodick Drive and Crinnan Way areas of Breightmet. They really are a disgrace.

Why not get DNA samples of all dogs?

I AGREE with Brian Derbyshire in The Bolton News: “Microchip all dogs, (May 4)” in that something needs to be done re the dog situation in this country.
