I AM a smoker I object to the ban on smoking even though I would not entice anybody to start.
But why isn't anybody complaining about breathing in exhaust fumes outside the hospital from buses, cars or ambulances as breathing these in is 10 times worse than smoking.
Alcohol is worse than smoking, it damages your liver, kidneys, brain etc.The only thing is you can't cause passive alcohol?
I do not think we are being discriminated against because we smoke. I am 52-years-old and started smoking at 12. I have no problem with my lungs, heart or anything else from smoking as they keep preaching. I have known or read about people who has died or have been ill from not smoking but died from ailments when they are supposed to have been treated medically for their ailments.
Leave us smokers alone, if you don't want to inhale our passive smoke then go and inhale an exhaust pipe.
You die when your time is up, stop blaming smokers as a causation.
