SO, traffic has at last become an agenda over Blackburn Road.
The council was told of the problem when planning for the new huge mosque was in progress on the old electric show room land and yet it went ahead with the permission, saying its survey of the traffic was not a problem.
You've got to laugh at that now and, as for sending traffic down through The Valley from the junction with Halliwell Road to come back out at Waters Meeting is fool hardy.
The council should rethink this.
I feel sorry for the residents near Hulton Park, if it is passed.
