The possessions of a homeless man in Trinity Street, Bolton.
WE have a new leader of Bolton Council, Cllr Linda Thomas.
They say a new broom sweeps clean (let's hope).
I would like to ask her to rid the town of all the beggars that are degrading Bolton town centre.
There is nothing more off-putting than seeing people asleep in doorways and sitting every few yards with paper cups, begging for money.
I do feel sorry for some of them, the genuine ones, but how many of them are genuine and surely it is not our problem?
It is about time the council sorted it out, making the place more inviting for shoppers and helping the businesses.
