Don’t miss chance to save the libraries

THE possibility of up to nine branch libraries being closed under the Council's libraries review is a topic that has featured strongly on the news and letters pages of The Bolton News in recent months.
The depth of concern is shown by the fact that over 10,000 people have so far signed petitions opposing closures.
Can we remind readers that next Friday — May 20 — is the closing date for completed library review questionnaires to be returned to the council?
