Animals suffer because of EU

MANY people think animal testing is banned, but it isn’t — it’s on the increase. European policies still allow it to happen.
Eight million animals face death to test your toothpaste and washing-up liquid. But don’t blame the manufacturers, it’s all down to Brussels meddling.
Large numbers of animals are dying needlessly, simply because of a new directive which demands that 30,000 chemicals are tested. Many of these chemicals have already been proved safe. What a waste of time, money and lives?
Contact your MP and local councillor. Ask them to protest.
