I AGREE with S Corns about Bolton One.
Watching its construction and materials, it will be demolished in less than 15 years. Everybody extols the Ashburner Street Market, but have you looked at its fascia — dirty, warped and green. I know there is a recession on, but soap and water is in plentiful supply.
