Iran will use nuclear arms

MALCOLM Pittock’s latest diatribe, “Hypocrisy of nuclear countries that are gearing up for war with Iran” (February 6), shows how out of touch he is with reality.
The dictatorship in Iran is not the so called “peaceful Islam” that Mr Pittock seems to want to believe in. It is an evil murdering regime which, if successful in its quest to acquire nuclear weapons, will not hesitate to use them against “the infidel”, such as Israel and western democracies.
It is imperative Iran is prevented from acquiring nuclear weapons. Should the “religious lunatics” in charge in Iran acquire weapons of mass destruction then no amount of Malcolm Pittocks will protect us from what we are going to face.
