IS the Olympic Games becoming too technical and professional, funded by the Lottery?
What with athletes winning by one eight hundredth of a second, hot pants to help circulation, oxygen tents for sleep mimicking high altitude and training methods involving freezing water. I always thought sport was supposed to be a fun thing, not political. Are we trying to create a race of superbeings?
