BOLTON Community and Voluntary Services (CVS) may not be familiar to everyone but it’s certainly known to local charities and voluntary groups.
CVS supports 1,000 organisations and has done, efficiently and comprehensively, for the last 25 years. Its base, The Hub in the town centre, is a hive of valuable activity and natural point of advice and support.
Pivotal to this success for the past 11 years has been its chief executive, Karen Minnitt, who is now retiring. So, it’s congratulations to CVS itself for its sterling work, and thanks to Karen in appreciation of a demanding job done extremely well
