OPEN: Chill room
GOOD luck to the new Westhoughton Youth Project which has just opened its doors in the former Westhoughton Primary School building in Central Drive.
This is a satellite of the well-established and much-admired Bolton Lads and Girls Club and could be the first of many such projects across the borough.
Everyone knows that the Lads and Girls Club does a fantastic job with young people right across the age range, providing an oasis of care, sanity and fun. We need more such projects in the heart of our local communities, and to support them in any way we can to ensure they happen.
