IT’S no surprise at all that a canny Dorset businessman is making thousands of pounds from selling ordinary bottled British air to the Chinese at £80 a go.

Residents in Beijing and Shanghai, both areas famous for their smoggy conditions, are snapping up decanters of the local aroma from Leo De Watts who “farms” fresh air from the British countryside.

Good luck to him.

It’s just like the episode of Only Fools and Horses where Delboy bottles “Peckham Spring” to sell as mountain water, using the ordinary tap version.

The gullibility of people around the world plainly knows no bounds.
