The Vaults open at Bolton's Market Place
IN spite of all the doom and gloom merchants, it’s been great to see The Market Place in Bolton town centre so busy,
This is thanks to a £20 million revamp which has given us a central cinema once more and opened up the historic Vaults into a wealth of eateries.
Now, the Market Place has won a Revo Gold Award, which recognises the best retail and leisure destinations across the UK. And it deserves all its success.
The town centre is by no means “fixed” but this development and the confidence it engenders is helping revive town centre fortunes.
