ALMOST every day, it seems, we are given conflicting advice on our health. And it’s confusing.
More than four in five women, according to a poll, feel baffled by the information overload on everything from diets to hair-washing and running to the effects of butter and the “no alcohol” rule for pregnant women.
We switch diets and beauty regimes in the endless quest to look and feel better, and feel confused as a result and no better informed. Please … can we just be told less information, less often? That way we might actually be taking in the right advice.
