CAFE CULTURE: Bridge Coffee opens to serve the community
I LOVE the rise in the number of coffee shops and cafes around Bolton.
We definitely live in a café culture in this country and stopping for a cuppa or a cappuccino while shopping or out and about is ideal for many people today.
Last week, I popped into one of the newest, at Bridge Coffee, built in an extension to the Bridge Church on Bradford Street. This plush contemporary area was not only clean, bright and comfortable but served tasty food with its range of drinks.
Staff were pleasant and items on offer well-priced. No wonder it was busy.
