Potholes priorities?
CAN anyone explain why Moss Bank Way is to be repaired next week, when Chorley Old Road has been in a terrible state near to the Grafton petrol station for years?
The potholes there have been filled once or twice, amateurishly, and my car is nearly shaken to bits every time I go that way.
