WHEN the latest nutritional study shows that at least three million Britons don’t have any vegetables in a week then we’ve got a problem.
Some questioned also said that preparing healthy food was just too boring and time-consuming.
Thank goodness, then, for sensible initiatives like Kearsley’s Happy Healthy Toddler Club. This eight-week programme allows children aged from one to four to explore new healthy food tastes and textures with their parents.
It’s a fun way of encouraging youngsters to eat a variety of good foods and offers positive health long-term - and I bet mums and dads learn plenty, too.
