WHOEVER takes that dodgy looking vegetation “crown” and title on Sunday in “I’m A Celebrity ...Get Me Out Of Here!” there are a couple of undoubted winners.
The main one is Gogglebox’s Scarlett Moffatt – not a programme I watch but if she’s a product, I will. The feisty Geordie lass is sharp, intuitive and entertaining — even if she is as mad as a box of frogs. She’s weighed up situations before anyone else, is a great peace-maker and has a clever way with a phrase. No wonder viewers love her. Another winner is Olympic hockey champ Sam Quek who is bright, brave and a cool head under fire. You can see the sporting discipline at work; she’s also very nice.
Presenter Carol Vorderman has been a bit of an eye-opener. Who knew she was so deter-mined, dogged and up for a challenge? She’s got a great sense of humour and a booming laugh of the Frank Bruno school. Roll on the next series!
