AT last! Proper rules are coming in about the use of drones as the number of near-misses soars.

New drone owners have been warned about the risk of flying them and police and aviation authorities are urging users to look at the strict rules before taking them out for a spin.

Now, the Government is introducing various measures to crack down on reckless drone users. Those caught flying drones dangerously could face up to five years’ imprisonment.

Owners need to stick to the rules and use common sense. Otherwise, one could bring down a passenger plane with terrifying loss of life.
