IT’S very easy for a good-looking woman to grab the media headlines by dressing provocatively.
Usually, it doesn’t even matter in the grand scale of things. But, when that female is one of the judges on probably the nation’s favourite TV talent show which promotes a family image and has children watching in their thousands, then something is wrong.
Amanda Holden’s outfit choices have become more quirky and, well, less of everything over the years. They are very often revealing but she excelled herself at the Britain’s Got Talent semi-final when she chose a plunging, see-through black dress that left nothing to the imagination.
She apparently joked beforehand “Will people be complaining to Ofcom (the communications’ regulator)? I hope so,” and added "I haven’t done my job if they aren’t!”
Sorry, Amanda. Your job is to be a judge on a talent show not a porn star. You’re a role model for young girls and women everywhere who look to celebrities for fashion trends, and sleazy outfits won’t cut it.
