DRUGS can affect any family and has no class distinction, it has a devastating affect on families from all walks of life, from the gutter of Bolton to Peaches Geldoff who had a privileged start in life.
My children are all of an age where they are beyond the danger of influence and have responsible jobs and family lives.
However during their up-bringing, I always said if I found them to have taken drugs, I would seek to get them whatever help I could and then I would make it a personal responsibility to kill the person that introduced them and follow the food chain killing everyone in the line-out.
We need to get tough and I mean real tough. The courts are full of do-gooders, pick a druggie and follow the chain backwards and strike the fear into the whole process.
I drove along Derby Street and near the bottom end near McDonalds drugs are on open sale. It’s time the real people of Bolton took back the street and forced these people out of trade.
Once again, Bolton Council have lost the plot, shell suit city, betting shops and Polski Sklep.
