I'D like to agree with James Porter's letter. He is totally right to say that at times the charity canopy used to look awful. I think it will benefit the appearance of Victoria Square by not having it there. If these charities, all of whom seem to be animal charities, and many not even from Bolton, need sales of these goods to keep going, why don't they do what Bolton Hospice, The British Heart Foundation, RSCPA, Derian House etc etc etc do and open a shop themselves.
