IN response to the recent letters regarding the dismantling of the charity canopy, what people seem to forget is this — it's Bolton council were dealing with, it's not a council that bothers what the people of Bolton think.
They go through the motions of getting the opinion of local folk, but they aren't going to listen, they plough on ahead regardless.
