ANYNE using peak railway times through Bolton have to put up with serious overcrowding in what is a 3rd world service in a 1st world country.
We now hear that promises of more carriages have been delayed yet again in what is a broken promise by David Cameron. This is further proof of the lack of interest in the people of this region by the Tories and their Lib Dem lackys.
If this had been in the home counties this problem would have been fixed long ago. I would urge all commuters to write to their local Councillors and MP’s in disgust at the further ill treatment of hardworking men and women who have to suffer the toil of this 3rd world train service. Commuters should also consider this when they put their crosses on their ballot papers next May in both national and local elections.
