NOVEMBER 2014, Bolton Council Chief Executive, Sean Harriss produced a report recommending cuts of up to £43m over the next two years with the loss of 500 jobs. Just four weeks later Mr Harriss announces he is to leave Bolton for the London Borough of Lambeth. Rats and sinking ship spring to mind!
