With reference to the Green Bengal site.
My vote would be NO. This eyesore site needs to be sorted out, my vote would be to build some lookalike cottages similar to the ones that are next door to it. I'm not a builder or in construction in any way, and whether this firm who keep putting in one plan after another make any money out of it should now be irrelevant. All this should have been thought of, planned and passed before the site was ripped up and the pub demolished.
