IN Tuesday's edition we see how much Bolton Council has had to pay out in compensation due to damage to cars from potholes on Bolton's roads.
We see constant cuts in spending on social care, grass cutting as well as road repairs. Yet leader Cllr Cliff Morris can find funds to have work done on the town hall. Bolton will go down in history as having the worst roads in England, the worst social care and grass as high as an elephant's eye, but the finest Town Hall in the country.
