I WILL try a second time to get a clear response from Nick Peel.
Despite Nick Peel’s claims that a Labour government would reverse spending cuts (after the initial short term obligation to honour the budget cuts) he has failed to answer my question as to where a Labour government would get the money to be able to do so.
He has also ignored my question as to whether services in Bolton, which have been cut or wiped away as a result of current budget cuts, would be reinstated under a Labour government e.g. would local libraries in Bolton be re-opened and would we get our weekly bin collection back for grey bins. Could Mr Peel tell the readers of the Bolton News which services can be restored?
If he cannot do this then I suggest he refrains from making misleading statements in future i.e. that a Labour government would reverse the spending cuts forced upon the Tory-Lib/Dem coalition.
