Why no potholes?
RE potholes. We have constant traffic and also at least 10 large articulated lorries a day coming from Blackburn Road, travelling along Old Road and turning into Hillview Road. There has been heavy wear and tear for the last 25 years. Surprise, surprise.There are no potholes. Why?
