First Bus is a let down

I TOTALLY agree with Andrew Berry (February 24th). First buses are getting worse. My son depends on the 37 to get to work and home, needless to say he is almost daily late for work, and has on many occasions walked the long route home with no sign of any first buses. They need to get themselves sorted or maybe a rival company would agree to take over their route and put First Buses to shame. Something needs to happen.
