WITH reference to the story about Royal Bolton Hospital's superbug problem (February 25) and I quote: "On January 4 a patient tested positive for MRSA when admitted but a 'communication breakdown' between the relevant control team and the ward meant the result was not acted upon for three weeks. Records about the blood test were also missing."
Have the employees concerned been discipline/demoted/dismissed?
This is a shocking revelation and gives no confidence to those unfortunate enough to have to be admitted to our hospital. I have only one for for it — outrageous!
