A GREAT big thank you to all the staff on C1 ward for not only looking after our mum for the past three weeks, but every patient in the ward.
The whole team are truly amazing and caring individuals, always there with a smile or reassurance and compassion. Nothing is too much trouble for any of you.
Anyone who complains about Royal Bolton needs to experience C1 ward to realise just how hard working, dedicated and caring all the staff are, whilst working under extreme pressures.
Mum was critically ill when admitted to the ward and yet we were never made to feel that we were in the way, no matter what time of the day or night. Our comfort was also taken into consideration.
Thankfully, due to your care, mum has made a miraculous recovery and our sincere thanks and appreciation are extended to each and every one of you.
You are doing an incredible job and are a credit to the Royal Bolton.
