BOLTON Council has just wasted millions on the Town Hall, yet less than 200 yards away must be the worst back street in Bolton.
The town hall gets millions, but Back Cheapside gets a spare dollop of Tarmacadam now and again. Maybe that's why it's called "Cheapside" Come on Bolton, get your act together!
