I VISITED Astley Bridge cemetery on May 18, and was disgusted at the state of it!
The grass was at least two feet high. There was dog mess all up the paths. I found it very upsetting and very distressing. I pass many lovely well kept cemeteries on my way to Astley Bridge.
I'm ashamed to call myself a Boltonion. I have complained directly to the council re this matter but no reply yet. Not that im expecting one.I know if my grandma was still alive she would have been as mortified as I was at the state of the place.
