WHAT an excellent suggestion by I. Waugh, Letters, Tuesday June 9 about painting the Bolton elephants white and placing them outside the Market Hall, Cheadle Square and Town Hall.
The best suggestion I've seen in print for a long time.
Will it have the desired effect of getting through to Cliff Morris and the Bolton Council? That seems to be the difficulty!
