NEW recycling bins. What nonsense.
Behind Bolton Road, Kearsley Park View recycling bins have not been emptied for eight weeks but yet black and green ones are emptied every fortnight.
We know there have been problems. We need parking bays for Park View. There has already been an Asbo for parking outside garages but the council wants to waste £2m on bins rather than parking.
