IT seems that every day I read in The Bolton News there is a balloon release reported.
It seems to be the 'in' thing to do at the moment.
Party in the Park, Bolton School, even the Police (honour crime victims)
Are these groups not aware that the balloons can of course land anywhere and when they have burst and/or returned to the ground animals can confuse them with food, eat it and choke to death
So please find another way to celebrate or identify your cause.
