Council is bullying us over bins
FURTHER to Brian Derbyshire's letter of November 7 "A fifth bin please."
I consider it even worse that on the back of the disc is a threat of fines and even court appearances if we do not follow to the letter the council's orders.
This is downright bullying from a council that is paid through the council tax to do this work for us.
Work that they used to do when I started paying council tax and should be doing now.
