Contradictory messages from Labour
LABOUR'S new Shadow Chancellor, John McDonnell, is involved in a campaign to strengthen the Freedom of Information Act.
Yet here in Bolton the local Labour Council has been strongly refusing to answer a request from the Bolton News for quite a while now, over which Labour councillor failed to pay their Council Tax, despite the obvious interest local taxpayers have in identifying the individual responsible.
