Bolton trains were overcrowded 20 years ago, nothing has changed
My dad travelled by train from Bromley cross to Manchester when he was working.
He has been retired 20 years and the trains were no different then.
Massive overcrowding, trains missing running late. How long does it take for gods sake to make improvements?
