What is wrong with the people of Bolton who step over rubbish at their own front and back doors.
If everyone cleaned up around their own space there wouldn’t be half as much mess on the streets. It would also help if binmen collected any intact rubbish bags left out before they get thrown about all over the street, for someone (the one’s who care) to complain, for the council to send out an enforcement officer who then sends someone to clean it up, what a farce.
The streets of Halliwell are a disgrace, it is like living in a ghetto, certain people just have no pride in the area they live in, too many rented properties don’t help. Private landlords should be made accountable for their dirty tenants.
Come on people of Halliwell get your act together and clean up your mess.
