THE state of Bromley Cross is disgusting, Darwen Road is full of litter and dog mess.
The recycling bins are not emptied every two weeks as they should be but every six weeks. This is not good enough. I pay council tax for a refuse removal service which we do not get. The council is not fulfilling its obligation to recycle.
Now I find out we are being forced to have smaller grey bins, This is an infringement of our rights to choose. We do not want smaller bins, due to the state of refuse collection in our area we need larger grey bins.
The council complaints department never answers complaints I just get the automated response about the complaint being answered in 28 days nothing more.
