Great about Newport Street revamp, but what about Bank Street?
NEWPORT Street is to be transformed, Bank St however looks like a war zone.
I squirm with embarrassment each time Prestons advert is on TV if their clients approach The Diamond Centre from that direction, they must think they are in one of the third world countries that produces them.
