Why do some people keep their bin bins?
WE have received our small bins (to make us recycle more), however, whilst the whole of Scholars Rise and Vale View, Eagley, have received these ridiculous objects, some nearby residents have kept their large bins.
I really do wonder about Bolton Council.
As Councillor Greenhalgh will confirm, we have had trouble in the past with fly tipping around the bin store from the flats. Because some people are too lazy to go to the tip — they get rewarded and keep their large bins. How is this fair or correct?
