Letters.
WOULD someone from Bolton's Labour controlled council please explain to me why it is possible to spend millions of pounds on captial projects ie museums and other projects such as the area in Newport Street, but has to close children's and old people's centres.
Am I to understand that these capital projects are more important than the children and old people.
I would be, to say the least, interested to know the answer to a question that has puzzled me for years.
