THe report by the Care Quality Commission rating the Royal Bolton Hospital as good and in the top 25 per cent of trusts in the country is excellent news.
Dr Jackie Bene, Chief Executive, is to be congratulated on such a magnificent achievement.
It demonstrates that she has the necessary management skills to be in charge of a multi-million pound organisation.
