WHEN me and my ex decided to call it a day, two days later I went to Prestons with my little band of gold. I got £12 for it, I was over the moon. They were really fair with me. I only paid £30 when I bought it. I shed a tear of joy as I walked to the Griffin for a few pints.
I drink bitter and they only had mild so I came out and went into William Hills and put the rest of my proceeds on a horse running at Goodwood called Owt or Nowt. It fell after a furlong due to bad rainy weather....always look on the bright side of life.
