DAVID Sharples is predicting all sorts of doom and gloom for the UK. He should remember that tariffs are a two way street and I for one am a great believer of do unto others as they would do unto you.
The EU is a undemocratic organisation that started out as a good idea, a trading bloc of a few countries and turned into a undemocratic monster. Tusk, Junker and co treated David Cameron with utter contempt thereby treating the concerns of the majority of the British people with contempt. The EU is falling apart with member states increasingly concerned about the National Sovereignty being diminished.
If the USA want to push us to the rear of their trade so be it, return the compliment, the EU exports far more to us than they import from us, take it from there.
People like David Sharples should stop talking our country down and accept the democratic decision of the majority.
