I HAVE read the story about the numbers of attending the Food and Drink Festival.
Could someone please explain how the figure of 263,424 people was arrived at.
Did someone actually stand there counting people?
Maybe some of those were not attending the Festival but just walking through town doing their shopping, as I was, then going home without stopping to look at various stalls.
